End of year competition and Dinner

In case you were not able to attend the EOY Comp and Dinner on the 2nd of December, I have posted up a few pics of the models and the get together afterwards.
All in all it was a great day. The competition tables were full, with plenty of eye catching models on display.
Thanks to all who entered, judged and visited on the day it made for a great day.
Into the evening saw us give away around 30 model kits and other prizes during our usual raffle draws, door prize draws and trivia competitions and games. Well done to Alex R for winning the bottle of port with his coin tossing skills.
The food as usual was excellent and the room was full of conversation all night.
Thanks to all for attending and making it a great evening.
Special mentions to:
Les T for winning club man of the year.
Laurence F for winning Modeller of the year.
Andrew P for winning Model of the year.

As President I would like to also especially thank the Committee members for their efforts not only on the day but through out the year. They all deserve our thanks for making the events that happen come off.
So enough talk, now some pictures.

The club will be organising a Lunch date in the near future to go up and visit the Museum on a Saturday or Sunday as a group activity. Special Thanks should go to Simon Mac for his work to make all of this happen.
